With Windows Live FrameIt, you can display web pages as photos using RSS Feed of the website you wish to see.

Basically, FrameIt converts photos and text from the RSS feed into a photo on the fly.

If you have a wireless digital photo frame, you can have the up-to-the-minute photo web-pages appear on your digital photo frame whether that be the latest scores from Olympics or simply GiiNii blog’s latest content.

In this DIY, we will show you how to add GiiNii’s latest blog posts to your wireless digital photo frame.

1.  You will need an account with Windows Live service before you can use FrameIt, so go do that.

2. From Media source catalog menu, choose “Create your own”.

3. Next, choose RSS Feed.  (You can also choose Web image if you need to get the raw snap shot)

4. Enter a desired source name, RSS Feed URL (in which case GiiNii Blog RSS Feed address is http://blog.giinii.com/feed), and choose the option whether you want to display description or images.

Note: There couple other options like Display and Schedule which let you fine tune your news and when to grab them.

5. Now if you want to display this feed in your digital photo frame, orient your digital photo frame to the RSS Feed address of http://1YGLALZTQAFFYAWAW1STXLDZMC-180.frameit.com.

(Your feed URL may be different, this is my example.)

Once you do all that good stuff, you should be able to see your wireless digital photo frame displaying the latest blog posts from GiiNii blog:

Now, you can play around with it so it displays the news along with your photos.

*Note: I believe this RSS Feed works only with digital photo frames that support RSS Feeds.  If your digital photo frame doesn’t support RSS Feeds, you might have to find another solution.
