Remember our good friend the Eye-Fi digital camera memory card, which allows users to GPS tag photos and send them wirelessly to a computer? Well, Lexar, the popular camera and memory card producer has teamed up with the Eye-Fi to create its own wireless memory card — the Shoot-n-Sync.
It won’t be out on the maket for a a while, so prices are still in the dark. But the Wi-Fi enameled card can hold 2 GB worth of photos.
This new card isn’t a huge step forward technology-wise, but it does show increasing interest in wireless tech for photographers.
Have you used the Eye-Fi? Does it work? Would you be interested in a wireless card now that it’s being put out by a well-known company?
