Quick Tip: Take better photos by switching off the date
Posted by Andrew Nealon in Digital Photos on 10 6th, 2008 |

One fast tip for you today. If you take a lot of photos, you might like to have the date stamp on to help sort those photos later. But in the times of digital photography, a big yellow date can really ruin the image.

These days, switch off the date stamp. Don’t worry about the information. You can access date and time information later when you transfer the photos over to your computer. Many cameras store the information with the file and there are a number of photo management systems that can read and display the information.

Get rid of the date stamp. It will make your photos better. Come on, I know you want to.
