How digital photo frames change people’s minds
Posted by David Allen in Digital Frames on 01 6th, 2009 |

Recently there have been a barrage of complaints digital photo frames, some say that they are the worst gadget in the world and that they are a waste of power, we could go on but there has to be line a drawn somewhere in order for us to move forward.

First up is the power consumption, digital photo frames will only use the power in relation to the amount of time that the device is running, in a similar manner as a TV or computer monitor does. Have a look at the GiiNii 8″ Slope Digital Photo Frame which offers great value.

Yet with twenty million digital photo frames being sold worldwide during 2008, there cannot be too much wrong with these frames when that cannot be wrong, with that many users of the digital photo frame, then there is a demand and these people who are quick to put digital photo frames down are just plain wrong.

If digital photo frame is used correctly then the question of power consumption and other related features become irrelevant. If the user who plugs in the digital photo frame and is wondrous about the thing, then is digital photo frame a waste of time and money or is it going to be the best thing that ever happened to digital photography.
